Birthed over sixteen years ago in the city of Toronto, in the province of Ontario, Canada, Overcomers Christian Center has touched lives across the nations of the world. TOP has grown by leaps and bounds with membership all over the world. OCC cuts across people from diverse backgrounds, multiple ethnicities and professions. The Presiding Bishop, Charles Joseph and Senior Pastor Rev. Grace Joseph, are seasoned ministers of the gospel with a heart for God’s people and a passion to see men and women overcome!
OUR VISION
Overcomers Christian Center also known (The Overcomers Place) (TOP) started about 16 years ago and has been set up by God to develop members to be witnesses for Christ and empower them to achieve the highest levels of distinction and greatness in life. At TOP, we glorify God by embracing all cultures and empower people to overcome and that we strive to do on a daily basis.
According to 1John 5:4, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
The privilege of leadership brings with it a higher calling to serve God and humanity. And as we take definite steps to reach out in order to empower mankind thus fulfilling the mandate given to Bishop Charles Joseph in this end time.
We have a wide variety of ministries and avenues through which our members can serve. Everyone can find a place to spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. So whatever your gift, this is a great environment globally where you can express it and become all God has created you to be!

The Trinity
There is only one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Bible
The Bible is God’s word to us to lead us to Himself and to guide our lives. It is without error and is the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and teachings.
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Saviour of the world.
The Holy Spirit
Through His Holy Spirit, God lives in and through us now.
God
Nothing in creation “just happened”. God created all things by His word and sustains all things and He is the final authority in every situation.
The Cross
Jesus died on the cross, shed His blood for our sins and rose again on the third day. Salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross.
Salvation
Salvation is a total package which includes your health, wealth, holiness, marital bliss and that salvation is not an end, but the means to an end.
Children of God
As children of God, we are overcomers, and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has in store for us.

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit evidenced by the speaking of other tongues.
Water Baptism
We believe in the baptism of water by immersion signifying the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord Jesus.

Our Senior Pastors
Charles Joseph is the Lead Pastor of Overcomers Christian Center, worldwide, a non-denominational church founded in 2003 with a God-given mandate to ‘empower people to overcome’. A pastor with over 30 years of experience, he is a seasoned and highly sought-after speaker, trainer and consultant who has taught and inspired people in conferences and churches around the world. He is an ardent scholar who holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the DeVry University Dallas Texas, Diploma in Electronic Technology and other certificate from veritable colleges in Toronto Canada.
Charles is the visionary behind several initiatives, interventions and community outreaches such as the Overcomers Foundation, Overcomers Community Development Center (OCDC) a non-profit organisation established to be a model provider of empowerment opportunities for the economically challenged with its focus areas on education, health and shelter.
He is the convener of several events and conferences targeted at empowering people, groups in Christian ministry, business and the polity. Some of those events include the Overcomers Fest for believers and unbeliever; Overcomers School of Ministry (OSOM), The OYE which is a conference for youth, singles, a mentorship program for young men called Overcomers Youth Experience, and Business School (Overcomers School of Business) (OSOB) which is an initiatives that helps to empower people in business world.
He is an author with several books such as Born to Overcome, Four Keys to a life of success, Leadership Compendium and Overcomers Confession Guide.
Charles and Grace are dedicated to your freedom and success in all area of your life physically and spiritually.
He is happily married to Grace, a Registered Nurse and minister of the gospel and they both have four glorious children and reside in Toronto Canada.
