Charles Joseph is the Lead Pastor of Overcomers Christian Center, worldwide, a non-denominational church founded in 2003 with a God-given mandate to ‘empower people to overcome’. A pastor with over 30 years of experience, he is a seasoned and highly sought-after speaker, trainer and consultant who has taught and inspired people in conferences and churches around the world. He is an ardent scholar who holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the DeVry University Dallas Texas, Diploma in Electronic Technology and other certificate from veritable colleges in Toronto Canada.
Charles is the visionary behind several initiatives, interventions and community outreaches such as the Overcomers Foundation, Overcomers Community Development Center (OCDC) a non-profit organisation established to be a model provider of empowerment opportunities for the economically challenged with its focus areas on education, health and shelter.
He is the convener of several events and conferences targeted at empowering people, groups in Christian ministry, business and the polity. Some of those events include the Overcomers Fest for believers and unbeliever; Overcomers School of Ministry (OSOM), The OYE which is a conference for youth, singles, a mentorship program for young men called Overcomers Youth Experience, and Business School (Overcomers School of Business) (OSOB) which is an initiatives that helps to empower people in business world.
He is an author with several books such as Born to Overcome, Four Keys to a life of success, Leadership Compendium and Overcomers Confession Guide.

He is happily married to Grace, a Registered Nurse and minister of the gospel and they both have four glorious children and reside in Toronto Canada.

Rev. Grace Joseph, Co-Senior Pastor of Overcomers Global, is passionate about drawing people into a closer walk with God. She shares her husband’s passion for Life transformation and loving of God’s people. Her desire is to see women rise up and be who God has designed them to be and this has propelled her to found the (OWM)..Overcomers Women Conference. Rev. Grace is a model and mentor to women who want to fulfil their destinies while keeping their families intact. She believes in the importance of a truly balanced life and models the same by being the affectionate, supportive wife and loving mother that she is.
To measure their blessings, Charles who is an Electronics Engineer (BSc) and Doctor of Pastoral Counselling (DPC) and Grace who is a Registered Nurse (BSc) ascribed all glory to God who has helped them achieved what they have achieved now.
Charles and Grace believe the secret of living is giving. That is the reason we set up this site to educate people who will give us permission to do so from the experience we have gathered over time and impart into people lives without charging them. We will do our research and let people have access to them free of charge. As we all know if you are not informed, you will be deformed and if you lack knowledge, you will surely be destroyed. This forum is to help people learn what they cannot afford financially for free.
Our passion has always been to help people who want to help themselves and we are at the forefront of it as ministers and business people. This we do by helping people develop a good self-image and a strong self-confidence. By doing this we have inspired a lot of people to unleash their full potential and reach for the highest.
